CSGO Knife Commands: How To Try Them For Free

If you want to buy a knife in CSGO then you should first test them by using its commands. This will help you out in saving your money big time. Because knowing the look and feel of how the knife works will make it easier for you to decide whether it is worth purchasing. So below are all the commands and steps for how you can use them in the game.

Below are all the Commands that you can use to try out the different knives in custom games.

  • Counter-Terrorist Knife: give weapon_knife
  • Terrorist Knife: weapon_knife_t

How to Use Knife Commands in CSGO

You need to play the game in offline mode and enable cheats to use these Commands. Make sure you have the console enabled for it.

  1. Launch CS: GO.
  2. From the in-game menu select “Offline with bots”.
  3. Next, choose “No bots”.
  4. Load any map of your choice. You can use even the console for it as well using the map commands for example enter “map de_dust2”
  5. Next, enable cheats using the command “sv_cheats 1”.
  6. Now, enter “mp_drop_knife_enable 1” in the console to drop your current knife.
  7. Next, drop every other weapon that you might have on you so that you are holding nothing.
  8. Finally, enter any of the above commands to get that knife.
